Cook it's "Fast Food" burger

with Thousand Island dressing, cheese and pickles

1. Cook the fries Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the potatoes into thin fries. Put on a lined sheet pan. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 20-26 minutes.
2. Setup Chop or mince the onion, whichever you prefer. Thinly slice the lettuce and pickle. Set aside some of the onion for the burgers; the rest can be added to the fries for more flavor.
3. Cook the beef Mix the beef with the spices, salt and pepper. Make 1 flat patty per person. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Add the slices of cheese on the beef and cover. Let the cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
4. Plate your dish Heat the buns to taste. Add the sauce, onion, lettuce, patty and the pickles. Serve with the fries. You can also place everything in the center of the table and let everyone make their own burger. Bon appétit!
