1. Setup Chop the garlic. Cut the broccoli into pieces. Slice the onion. On a separate board, cut the beef strips into smaller strips, if desired.
2. Marinate the meat In a bowl, mix the gochujang paste (caution! spicy) with the honey, the sesame oil, the garlic, the onion, half of the sesame seeds and the beef strips. Since the sauce is spicy, it is possible to add less gochujang for the children's portion.
3. Cook the brocolis Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli, cook for 3-4 minutes, remove and set aside. Keep the boiling water.
4. Cook the noodles In the same pot of boiling water, add the noodles, cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
5. Cook the meat and assemble In a pan over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the meat with the onions and the marinade. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the broccoli and the noodles and mix well.
6. Plate your dish Serve the stir-fried Korean noodles. Garnish with the rest of the sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
