Thai beef salad

with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, peanuts and crispy noodles

1. Adjust the steps of the recipe for your children To help children get accustomed to new flavors, you can create a salad bar by placing all the ingredients separately in the middle of the table. This way, everyone can make their own bowl!
2. Setup Roughly chop the romaine. Cut the cucumber into half moons. Cut the tomatoes in half. Thinly slice the shallot. Finely chop the garlic. Crush the peanuts. Quarter the lime. Pick the thai basil leaves form the stems.
3. Cook the beef Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over high heat. Pat dry the beef, add salt and pepper to taste, then cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool down.
4. Make the sauce In a bowl, mix together the sauce mix, the honey, the garlic and the juice of half a lime.
5. Plate your dish In a large salad bowl, mix together all the ingredients, the beef and the sauce. Garnish with the fried onions. Bon appétit!
